      How do I update my payment method in CareWay?

      You can change your CareWay payment method in just a few simple steps from your settings.

      Step 1 - Click on Settings in the bottom left-hand corner of your session

      Step 2 - Go to the 'Subscription' section

      • Click on the 'View my subscription details' button

      Step 3 - Update payment method
      • In the new window, click on Modify payment method
      • Enter your bank details 
      • Click on 'Add'
