The elements of the physical exam mentioned aloud during the consultation will be included in the note. It is also possible to add additional elements that were not mentioned during the consultation.
Since not all aspects of an exam are always discussed verbally with the patient, you can add details under the Statements for this consultation section. You can:

type the elements directly into the text field

copy/paste text into the field, such as the patient’s medication list or additional exam reports

use the microphone to dictate the elements to add to the note
Within the integration of CareWay into MYLE, these same functions are available, either by using the microphone to dictate the physical exam or by using the field under the Clinical Details section.
When generating the note, CareWay will add both the recorded conversation with the patient and the additional clarifications you provided.
We are also working on the possibility of integrating your exam templates and having them filled in automatically.
