How can I regenerate a note in CareWay?

It is possible to regenerate a note in CareWay to obtain a different format, another language, or an updated version after adding additional information to the consultation.

Generate a new note

1. Click on the + button located at the top right of the consultation.
   

2. Select the type of note or the language you want to generate.

   

   1. If you choose a different type of note, CareWay will create a new, separate note.

      

   2. If you keep the same type of note but change the language, CareWay will regenerate the same note in the new language. No second note will be created in this case.

Regenerate all notes after adding information

If you have added new information to the consultation, you can regenerate all notes to update their content.

1. Add the additional information in the Statements for this consultation section (either by dictation or by typing).

2. If needed, adjust the note style: brief or detailed.

3. Click Regenerate all notes to update the content.

   

   

Regenerate a note in case of an error in MYLE

It is not possible to regenerate a note directly in MYLE.

Follow these steps depending on your need:

For minor edits:

1. Correct the text directly in the MYLE note.

2. Or use your clickable texts.

To regenerate the full note:

1. Go to CareWay: https://app.coeurway.com/

2. Regenerate the note in the desired template(s) or format(s) as described previously.

3. Delete the content (or the entire note) in MYLE.

4. Copy and paste the regenerated version from CareWay into MYLE:

   2. Use the copy buttons for each section to copy and paste sections separately.
