Why is my note not generating?
Your note may fail to generate for various reasons.

When generating a note, if this message appears, it may be caused by:

Missing appropriate medical terminology.

An insufficient consultation duration.

A prolonged recording, where the microphone remains active after the end of the consultation without any vocal input being detected.

Internet slowness or CareWay performance issues.
How to resolve the issue
Step 1 – Add more details to the note
- Go to the Record or type your statement below section.
- Add any missing information or additional details to enrich the note.
- Regenerate the note.

Step 2 – Refresh the page
If the note still does not appear after adding details:

Press F5 on your keyboard, or click the refresh icon to the left of the search bar.
Step 3 – Contact support for assistance
If the note still does not generate after completing these steps, contact a support agent for personalized assistance.
