Your note may not generate due to missing medical terminology, a short consultation length, or an excessively long recording.
Most of the time, these errors occur because the note lacks sufficient medical terminology, the consultation was too short, or the recording exceeded the character limit.
For example, if your microphone remained active after the consultation ended, it may have extended the duration without capturing additional relevant content.
If this happens, try adding details at the bottom of the page in the "Record or type your statement below" section.
If, after these checks, the note is still not displayed, please try to refresh your page by pressing the F5 key or by clicking on the refresh icon to the left of the search bar.
