2 key steps to succeed in your first steps with CareWay in MYLE.
CareWay is now integrated into the MYLE Electronic Medical Record (EMR). This integration allows consultation notes to be generated directly within MYLE.
This integration is only supported on the Google Chrome browser.

Step 1 - Generating a note with CareWay in MYLE
1. From a clinical note in edit mode, click on the AI Assistant button.
2. Validate the microphone to capture the conversation, and confirm that you’ve obtained the patient’s consent. Once confirmed, the recording will begin.
Allow your browser to use your microphone each time you use CareWay. Modify browser permissions as required.
3. Record the consultation with the patient. Once finished, click the pause icon.
a. You can pause the recording and resume it at any moment. This allows to add more precisions to the note as needed.
4. If needed, add any additional relevant information that was not discussed with the patient in the Clinical Details section.
5. Select:
a. The desired generation language of the note: English or French.
b. The Note Style: Brief or Detailed.
c. The type of note: Progress note, DIR, SOAP, AAOR, etc.
The transcription is divided into the different sections of the note using the Progress note. For any other template including custom templates, the information is placed under the Other Notes and Interventions section.
5. Click on Generate Note.
The note is generated in MYLE within seconds.

Step 2 - Regenerating a note in CareWay
You always have access to the CareWay application, even when your account is connected to MYLE.
Notes generated in MYLE are also available in the CareWay application for 48 hours.
From CareWay, you can complete the following actions:

Create a to-do list to give to the patient.

Add more precisions to the note and regenerate it if needed.

Create a new note using a different note template.
