CareWay offers two types of subscriptions: monthly and yearly. In both cases, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account.
Monthly subscription
The service is billed on a monthly basis. When you cancel your monthly subscription:
- You will retain access to the application until the end of your current billing period.
- No renewal will occur for the following month.
- No additional fees apply.
Yearly subscription
The service is billed once per year. When you cancel a yearly subscription:
- You will keep access to the application until the end of the already-paid annual period.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current subscription term.
- The subscription will not renew at the end of the year.
Steps to cancel a subscription
- Click on Settings in the bottom left-hand corner of your session.
- Go to the Subscription section.
- Click on View my subscription details.
- Click on Cancel subscription.
