I forgot my password, how do I change it?

Step 1 – Locate the "Forgot password" link

The "Forgot Password" link is located on the login page. Here is the direct link to reset your password: https://app.coeurway.com/forgot-password

Step 2 – Enter the email address associated with your account

Please use the email address you normally log in with and click on "Send recovery email".

Step 3 - Email reception

You will receive an email at the address you used for registration. Here is what the email looks like; you need to click on "Reset Your Password''.

Step 4 – Choose your password

We recommend choosing a password that only you can easily remember. It must meet the criteria specified in the image below.

Step 5 – Log into the platform

Once your password has been reset, go to the login page and enter the same email and new password you just created. Then, click "Sign in" to access your account.
