I forgot my password, how can I change it?

Here are some simple steps to recover your password.

Step 1 - Locate the Forgot password link

Step 2 - Enter the email address associated to your account

Step 3 - Email reception

Step 4 - Choose your new password

Step 5 - Log into CareWay

Step 1 – Locate the Forgot password link

The Forgot Password link is located on the login page. Here is the direct link to reset your password: Forgot password.

Step 2 – Enter the email address associated to your account

Please use the email address you normally log in with and click on Send recovery email.

Step 3 - Email reception

You will receive an email at the address you used for registration. Click on Reset Your Password.

Step 4 – Choose your new password

We recommend choosing a password that only you can easily remember. It must meet the criteria specified in the image below.

Step 5 – Log into CareWay

Once your password has been reset, go to the login page and enter the same email and new password you just created. Then, click on Sign in to access your account.
