Yes! With CareWay, you can conduct consultations in multiple languages and generate your notes in either French or English.
CareWay lets you manage language at three different levels:
Application language
You can change the display language of the CareWay interface to French or English.
To change it:

Go to the bottom left corner of the application.

Select your preferred language.
Transcription language
CareWay recognizes over 60 languages. The transcription language determines the language in which the transcription appears, regardless of the language spoken during the consultation.
For example, you can have a consultation in Spanish, but display the transcription in English if English is selected.
You can change the transcription language from two places:
From your Settings:

Go to your Settings under the Preferences tab.

Select your desired transcription language.

Click Save.
From the consultation:
- Select the transcription language.
- Obtain the patient consent and record the consultation.
Note generation language
The note generation language determines the language used to create your clinical note, either French or English.
You can modify this setting in two ways:
From your account settings:

Go to your Settings under the Preferences tab.

Select your desired generation language.

Click Save.
From note settings:

Click Note settings before generating a note.

Choose your preferred language and note template.
-
Click Generate note.
- Changing the generation language in your preferences sets the default language used to create your notes.
- When you click Generate Note, the note is produced based on your default preferences (generation language and note type).
- If you change the language directly in the note settings, this change applies only to the current note and will not affect future ones.
